This organization is a faith-based long-term recovery for individuals struggling with substance abuse. Prince of Faith has been sponsoring and praying for Teen Challenge clients since 2007. During this time we have seen many lives change in the name of God. It is truly a blessing, not only to the clients they serve, but also to our church members. If you want further information about how you can be involved within Prince of Faith, contact LeeAnne at blondee53lc@gmail.com.

Lutheran Hospital Ministries (Southern Alberta Society)

This organization turned 50 years old in 2025. Their volunteers bring Jesus’ Healing, whether spiritual or emotional, to patients in hospital and residents of long term care centres. With a listening ear, compassionate shoulder, sharing the gift of prayer and scripture, volunteers invite Jesus into each individual’s situation. Spiritual and emotional healing can assist in physical healing. If you would like to learn more or learn how you can become a volunteer, please call their office at 403-264-4045.

Sew Crazy Quilters and Crafters

Each year, we create quilts and blankets filled with warmth, comfort, and care for those in need. These special gifts are shared with people who may be facing illness, loss, difficult circumstances, or simply need a reminder that they are not alone. Through this ministry, we have an opportunity to offer comfort, encouragement, and God’s love during life’s challenging moments. Get involved by helping create, donating supplies, or supporting this meaningful ministry of compassion. We meet in the church basement on Fridays from 9:45 am to 4 pm. All are welcome! For more information, please contact Lynn at lynnstenabaugh@gmail.com.

Operation Christmas Child

This organization demonstrates God’s love by sending gift-filled shoe boxes to children in need around the world. Every shoe box is an opportunity to reach a child with the Gospel. Every year we distribute empty boxes within our congregants and friends to joyfully fill these for preparation for distribution. If you want further information about how you can be involved within Prince of Faith, contact Karen at knkmartin@shaw.ca

Adopt A Famly

When you give to Adopt-a-Family, you support families in our community as they navigate the everyday pressures, instability, and quiet worries that rarely make it into conversation. That kind of generosity means more than we can ever express. All of this impact came from offering something most people don’t think twice about: choice. We’re beyond grateful to each and every one of you who chose to stand with them and with us.
